Question: Which package should I select?

Answer: Styled Seattle offers a variety of style experiences, so there's something for everyone. Visit our Services Menu page to learn more. If you aren't sure which package to select, one of our stylists would be happy to advise over the phone.

Question: Is the price of clothing included?

Answer: No, our rates are for styling services only. Clothing/accessories/outfits purchased during styling will be a separate expense. Many of our clients opt to give an AMEX gift card, a pre-paid debit card, or a gift certificate to a favorite store (e.g. a Nordstrom gift card) along with the gift certificate from Styled Seattle.

Question: Does a gift certificate expire? Does the person I'm giving it to need to use it right away?

Answer: The value of the gift certificate never expires, and the recipient does not need to use it right away. Many people opt to wait to another season or want to start a fitness program before they do their styling, and that's great! We highly encourage every person who receives a gift certificate to come meet with our team for an initial consultation as soon as possible (even if they plan to do their styling later), so we can greet them warmly, answer their questions, and help them plan their style experience.

Question: Are gift certificates refundable?
Answer: Gift certificates are not refundable, but they may be transferable to another person. We keep record of every paid gift certificate, and they can be redeemed at any time. If you're very concerned that the person receiving the gift won't enjoy the experience, call us and speak to a stylist. We understand this can be a sensitive gift to receive (Tip: read our interview with Marketwatch about giving the gift of style). Tell us a little about your situation, and we'll honestly tell you if it sounds like a good fit.

Question: How do I pay for my gift certificate and how do I receive it?

Answer: You'll receive an invoice via email, which you can pay securely online, and we will email you a printable gift certificate. Our goal at Styled Seattle is to make shopping easy and enjoyable, and that extends to our gift certificate sales.

Question: Can I combine hairstyling and/or a make-up lesson as part of my gift?

Answer: Yes. It will be a separate fee with one of our partners, but we would be happy to coordinate appointments that sync with your styling package.
